Terms and Conditions

1. Entry to the event is subject to all venue rules.

2. Rights of admission are reserved by event organizers.

3. Tasting Pass includes entry, wine & cheese tastings and must be purchased to attend festival.

4. Tasting pass valid for use on day nominated.

5. Pass is NOT TRANSFERABLE to any other person.

6. Wine served only to persons of legal drinking age.

7. Proof of age photo ID essential.

8. Children under 12 admitted free if accompanied by adult parent/guardian.

9. Young adults between 13 and 21 allowed if accompanied by parents.

10. Visitors are required to complete the Visitor Registration Card.

11. No refund under any circumstances.

12. Entry constitutes consent for festival organizer to use any image of bearer taken at the festival for any purpose without further notice or payment.

13. Wristband must be worn at all times while at the festival.

14. Outside food and beverage not allowed to be brought into the venue.

15. Strictly no smoking in festival area.

16. Programmes and events subject to change without notice.

17. Vehicle parking is available at the venue.


What is this wine tasting festival all about?

  1. Its about experiencing wine.
  2. You can taste 6 wines with our compliments.
  3. Wine appreciation talks will be held thru the day.
  4. Wine makers and experts will be at hand to explain the art of wine making and answer questions.
  5. Food will be available at restaurant stalls and vendors.
  6. You can taste 8 from a selection of 20 varieties of cheese with our compliments.
  7. Live bands will perform in the evening on Saturday.
  8. Grape stomping will be conducted on both days.
  9. Guests can test their wine knowledge at blind tasting contests.
  10. Salsa workshops will be conducted by the stage.

What does the Tasting Pass include?

  • 6 wine samplings (approx. 30ml each) at winery stalls.
  • 8 cheese tastings (abt.10 grams each) at the cheese stall.
  • 1 disposable wine glass for use at the event
  • Grape stomping
  • Salsa workshop
  • Cookery show
  • Wine Masterclass

Do I have to be 21?

Yes. As per Excise Dept. regulations, wine can be consumed only by persons over the age of 21. Proof of age ID will be checked at reception.

Can I bring my baby?

Yes. Children under 12 admitted free if accompanied by parents.

Can I bring my teenage kids?

Yes. They have to buy a Tasting Pass but will be given a selection of cheese, food and non alcoholic beverages only. They have to wear a no wine band and parents to ensure compliance.

Can I bring my dog?

No. Although also adorable, dogs are not allowed. This applies to other pets as well, including, but not limited to cats, parrots, rabbits, etc. Licensed service animals are welcome.

Can I bring a chair?

If you want, but we have plenty of armchairs.

Can I buy Tasting Pass on event day?

Yes. But we strongly recommend advance purchases.

Buying in advance gets you 6 wine tastings + 8 cheese tasting + disposable wine glass and 2 x Rs. 75 discount vouchers on UBER rides for new signups.

Buying at the day of event gets you only 6 wine tastings and a disposable glass.

Can I get a refund?

No, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, they are transferable to another guest, but only for the current festival year.

Can I bring my own food?

No. But you can bring a bottle of water or soft drink or baby food.

Will there be food?

Yes, there will be vegetarian and non vegetarian food available for purchase from a selection of food stalls. You can also pre order Sushi Platters for delivery at the festival during specific time slots on both days.

Do I have to pay for anything once I enter the event?

Not if you don’t want to.

Are there souvenirs for purchase?

No. But there will be stalls selling arts and crafts stuff.

Are there any wine talks/seminars at the event?

Yes. We will have be wine education/appreciation sessions by Dr. Rajesh Rasal, India's foremost independent wine maker. Sessions are free and seats are limited.

Is smoking allowed?

Yes. Though we do not encourage it.

What do I wear?

Casual, comforable clothes. Shorts are good for grape stomp. Caps and sunscreen recommended. Maybe a light pullover in case it gets cold in the evening.
